RevenueCat
Provider: RevenueCat, Inc.
Purpose: Management of in-app purchases, synchronization of purchase and subscription status
5. Third-Party Provision
This App will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the user's consent is obtained
- When based on laws and regulations
- When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- In the event that the business is succeeded due to the transfer of this App, merger, or other reasons
- When providing to the aforementioned information collection module providers within the scope of the purpose of use
6. Handling of Information in the Google Drive Integration
This App offers an optional integration with Google Drive™. When linked, the App authenticates with your Google Account via OAuth 2.0 and accesses your Google Drive with the read-only scope (drive.readonly).
- Data accessed: Metadata of files and folders in your Google Drive (such as name, type, and size), and the contents of PDF files you choose to open.
- Purpose of use: Solely to list your own files and to display the files you select within this App for reading.
- Storage and transfer: File contents are processed and temporarily cached only on your device and are never stored on our servers. To provide the two-page spread feature, information necessary for the feature (file reference information and an access token) may be synchronized with your own paired second device.
- No third-party sharing or advertising use: We never provide or sell information obtained from Google Drive to third parties, nor use it for advertising, ad targeting, or any analysis other than providing this feature.
- No write access: This App never creates, modifies, or deletes files in your Google Drive (read-only).
- Data protection: All communication with Google is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). The access token and refresh token used for authentication are stored encrypted in the secure storage provided by the device OS (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and are never stored or logged on our servers. When an access token is sent to your paired device for the two-page spread feature, it is transmitted only over TLS-encrypted connections; our sync server merely relays it and does not store it. The receiving device keeps the token in memory only and never persists it. File contents and metadata obtained from Google are never sent to or stored on our servers.
- Data retention and deletion: Tokens are retained on your device only while the integration is active. When you disconnect the integration from the App's settings screen, the stored tokens are deleted from the device immediately. If you revoke access from your Google Account settings, the tokens become invalid and are deleted from the device at the next connection attempt. File contents temporarily downloaded for reading are kept only in the device's cache directory and are deleted by the cleanup that runs the next time the reader starts, by clearing the App's data, or by uninstalling the App. File list metadata is held in memory only while displayed and is never persisted (only the name and identifier of the last opened file are recorded on the device to help you find where you left off, and are removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App). Because we do not store any Google user data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. For any data deletion request, please contact us at the address in the "Contact Us" section of this policy.
- Revoking access: You can disconnect the integration at any time from the App's settings screen, or revoke this App's access from your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
This App's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Handling of Information in the Dropbox / WebDAV Integrations
This App offers optional integrations with Dropbox and WebDAV-compatible servers (such as NAS).
- Dropbox: Linked via OAuth authentication. The App accesses only the files inside the dedicated "Apps/mihiraki" folder created in your account. The files are used for viewing only, and this App never modifies or deletes your files.
- WebDAV (NAS / local servers, etc.): The App connects to a server that you specify yourself. The connection details and credentials are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
- Storage and transfer: Retrieved file contents are processed and temporarily cached only on your device and are never stored on our servers. To provide the two-page spread feature, information necessary for the feature may be synchronized with your own paired second device.
- No third-party sharing or advertising use: We never provide or sell information obtained from these services to third parties, nor use it for advertising or ad targeting.
8. Disclaimer
We make no warranty that this App will be fit for the user's particular purpose, or that it will have the expected features, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness.
This App shall not be liable for any damage caused to the user by its use, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Revision of the Privacy Policy
This App may change this Privacy Policy as it deems necessary without prior notice to users.
The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted within this App or on the official website, and if the user continues to use this App, it shall be deemed that the user has agreed to the revised Privacy Policy.
